Rent a house
Our Offer:
We have all kind of apartments and houses regularly on the market. The home offers vary form rooms, apartments, houses etc. Sometimes they are very special like farms, villa's or houseboats. The rentobjects are unfurnished or completely furnished.
The Rentperiod:
The rentperiod changes from several months untill more then 1 year. The rentprices vary from 400,- euro's untill 2000,- euro's a month. Sometimes the rent is exclusive gas, electricity etc, and sometimes the rent is all included.
Our Method:
You do not have to registrate for surching a house. Just check our site, react on one of our rentobjects by mail or telephone and we give you all the information.
After finding a place we make an appointment for vieuwing the rentobject. If you like the place we try to make an agreement with the tenant. If the agreement is there, we will start with making the documents.
If you want to rent our rentobject in private we ask:
- Your ID, passport or driver's lisence
- Workcontract from your Company
- The last 3 salary-slips from your company
- Document of good behaviour if you have left another rentobject
- 195,- excl. 21%btw for making the documents
If you want to rent our rentobject as a company we ask:
- Registration Chamber of Commerce
- Financial Company details
- ID, passport or driver's lisence.
- 245,- excl. 21%btw for making the contracts
